种子丸粒化技术对周芝16号生长发育的影响

【摘要】 为了解种子丸粒化技术对芝麻生长发育的影响,以周芝16号为供试品种,设置3种丸粒化处理,分别为T1(只有惰性材料,未添加任何其他物质)、T2(添加抑菌药剂)和T3(添加微量元素),以未丸粒化的种子为对照处理,调查不同处理的苗期情况、抗病性、农艺性状和产量性状。结果表明,T2处理周芝16号的出苗率和成苗率均最高,抗病性较好,空稍尖最短,果轴长最长,产量为1 281.75 kg/hm~2,较对照处理增加31.06%。综上,将芝麻种子进行丸粒化处理,添加抑菌药剂,能够有效改善苗期情况,增强植株抗病能力,实现稳产增产,研究结果为芝麻机械化种植提供了技术支撑。

【Abstract】 This study aimed to explore the effects of pelleted seed technology on the growth and development of sesame,Zhouzhi No. 16 was used as the test variety,three kinds of pelleted treatments were set up,which were T1(only inert material,without adding any other substances),T2(adding antibacterial agents)and T3(adding trace elements). The unpelleted seeds were used as the control. The seedling conditions,disease resistance,agronomic traits and yield traits of different treatments were investigated. The results showed that the seedling emergence rate and seedling rate of Zhouzhi No. 16 with T2 treatmengt were the highest,the disease resistance was better,the empty tip was the shortest,the fruit axis was the longest,and the yield was 1 281.75 kg/ha,which was 31. 06% higher than that of the control treatmengt. In summary,the pelleting treatment of sesame seeds and the addition of bacteriostatic agents could effectively improve the seedling conditions,enhance the disease resistance of plants,and achieve stable yield and yield increase. The research results provide technical support for mechanized planting of sesame.
