基于服务地方产业链数智赋能的研究生实践能力培养

【摘要】 面向新时代产业基础高级化与产业链现代化的需求,高校研究生教育亟需深化产教融合,创新专业学位人才培养模式,以材料加工工程学科为例,围绕县域特色产业与中小型企业“强链、补链、延链”的实际需求,构建以服务地方产业链数智赋能为目标的专业学位研究生教学案例库,将《板材冲压理论》《特种塑性加工技术》课程内容细分为冲压成形、体积成形及智能化控制3个模块,开发多样化、真实的工程案例。通过校政企协同机制,将产业实践、科研资源与教学体系深度融合,形成具有工程实践特色的教学案例模块,为提升研究生实践创新能力提供支撑。

【Abstract】 In response to the demands of the advanced industrial foundation and modernized industrial chains in the new era, postgraduate education in universities urgently needed to deepen the integration of industry and education and innovate the talent cultivation model for professional degrees. Taking the discipline of materials processing engineering as an example, it should focus on the actual needs of county-level characteristic industries and small and medium-sized enterprises for "strengthen, supplement and extend the industrial chain", the teaching case library for professional degree postgraduates with the goal of serving the digital and intelligent empowerment of local industrial chains was constructed. The course contents of Sheet metal stamping theory and Special plastic machining technology were subdivided into three modules: stamping forming, volume forming and intelligent control, and diverse and real engineering cases were developed. Through the collaborative mechanism among the university, government and enterprises, the industrial practice, scientific research resources and the teaching system were deeply integrated to form a teaching case module with distinct engineering practice characteristics, which provided support for enhancing the practical and innovative abilities of postgraduate.
