【Abstract】 This article presents a comprehensive review of bee pollen research both domestically and internationally in 2025. A statistical analysis and review were conducted on the geographical distribution and research fields of 146 published Chinese and English literature. The focus is placed on the latest advancements in the study of bee pollen regarding its chemical composition, biological activities, and processing technologies. Additionally, the disclosure status of bee pollen-related patents in China and abroad in 2025 is introduced. Future research prospects for bee pollen are also discussed.更多还原
