中华蜜蜂山乌桕蜂蜜优质高产的技术模式

【摘要】 中华蜜蜂(Apis cerana cerana,简称中蜂)是我国特有的优良蜂种,其适应性强,尤其适合山区和丘陵地区养殖。山乌桕(Triadica cochinchinensis)作为我国南部重要的蜜源植物,花期长、泌蜜量大,其蜂蜜富含Fe、Zn等矿物质,具有潜在保健价值。但受南方天气和山乌桕蜜源特性以及蜂农生产技术的影响,导致山乌桕蜂蜜含水量高、果糖/葡萄糖比值低、易发酵、易结晶分层等,使其市场接受度低。为了进一步提升中华蜜蜂山乌桕蜂蜜的产量和品质,本文梳理了蜂蜜优质高产的原理,结合江西实际,针对中蜂山乌桕蜂蜜生产提供相应的实施措施,为提升我省乃至全国中蜂山乌桕蜂蜜优质高产提供理论依据和技术支撑。

【Abstract】 Apis cerana cerana is an indigenous and highly adaptable honeybee species in China, particularly suited for apiculture in mountainous and hilly regions. Triadica cochinchinensis is a major nectar source in southern China, characterized by a prolonged flowering period and abundant nectar secretion. Honey derived from this plant is enriched with minerals such as Fe and Zn and has potential health benefits. However, the combined influences of the humid southern climate, the nectar characteristics of mountain tallow, and variability in beekeeping practices often lead to high moisture content and a relatively low fructose-to-glucose(F/G) ratio, rendering the honey susceptible to fermentation and to rapid crystallization with phase separation, which limits market acceptance. To improve the yield and quality of Triadica cochinchinensis honey produced by Apis cerana cerana, this paper systematically reviews the principles of high-quality, high-yield honey production, integrates field experience from Jiangxi Province, and proposes implementable measures for production. The study provides a theoretical basis and technical support to enhance the quality and yield of Triadica cochinchinensis honey in Jiangxi and, more broadly, across China.
