基于AutoLISP的复杂省道女衬衫样板自动生成
Automatic pattern generation of women’s blouse with complex darts based on AutoLISP
【摘要】 针对服装参数化设计中存在的基点定位精度低、几何约束僵化及部件匹配依赖经验等问题,提出了一种基于极坐标动态参照系与几何约束自动求解的服装CAD参数化设计方法。该方法利用极坐标函数(polar)构建了可避免坐标系混乱的基点拓扑关系模型;结合双圆弧与三圆弧拟合算法,实现了袖窿、领窝等复杂曲线的分段连续几何建模;通过Auto LISP二次开发,实现了省道结构的全自动旋转变换与基于袖窿深及弧长的袖山高驱动计算。在4种体型下的虚拟与实物验证表明,生成样板的关键部位压力值均低于5.68 k Pa的舒适阈值,验证了该理论框架在提升服装合体性与设计自动化方面的有效性与泛化能力。
【Abstract】 To address the issues of low positioning accuracy of reference points,rigid geometric constraints,and experience-dependent component matching in garment parametric design,a parametric design method for garment CAD was proposed in this paper based on a polar coordinate dynamic reference system and automatic geometric constraint resolution. The polar coordinate function( polar) was utilized to construct a topological relation model of reference points that avoids coordinate system confusion in this method. By integrating dual-arc and triple-arc fitting algorithms, segmented continuous geometric modeling of complex curves such as armholes and necklines was achieved. Through AutoLISP secondary development,fully automatic rotational transformation of dart structures and driven calculation of sleeve cap height based on armhole depth and arc length was realized. Virtual and physical verification across four body types demonstrate that the pressure values at key parts of the generated patterns are all below the comfort threshold of 5. 68 kPa,validating the effectiveness and generalizability of the proposed theoretical framework in improving garment fit and design automation.
