【摘要】 地方高校在服务国家重大战略布局中发挥着重要作用。以牡丹江大学为例，探讨其在服务中国式现代化边境建设进程中的内在优势与实践进路。面对国家战略导向与区域振兴的现实需求，地方高校需立足自身地理区位、产业基础与校地合作机制，围绕创新研究范式、构建协同网络、聚焦科技与产业升级等思路，探索核心技术攻关、产业链韧性提升、高水平对外开放及人才引育的发展路径，从而为服务边境地区高质量发展与新质生产力培育提供智力支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional universities play a crucial role in serving the country’s major strategic layouts. Taking Mudanjiang University as an example, this paper explores its strategic positioning, inherent advantages, and practical approaches in the process of serving the construction of a Chinese-style modernization in border areas. Facing the national strategic guidance and the practical needs for regional revitalization, universities should base themselves on their geographical location, industrial foundation, and mechanisms for university-local cooperation, focus on innovative research paradigms, build collaborative networks, and emphasize technological and industrial upgrading, so as to develop pathways for tackling core technologies, enhancing industrial chain resilience, achieving high-level openness, and cultivating talent.
