【摘要】 现代国家形态下的民族共同体既是制度共同体、利益共同体，也是建立在共同价值、共同记忆、共同信念基础之上的精神共同体。价值观在民族国家共同体生成、维系、发展过程中具有基础性、统摄性作用，既规定社会成员理解历史、国家与民族关系的意义框架，也影响共同体认同的稳定程度。随着社会结构深刻变动、思想文化多元激荡和公共传播格局持续重塑，价值观一旦发生蜕化，便会削弱共同体赖以存续的精神基础，造成信仰支撑弱化、历史叙事松动、公共伦理失范、社会认同离散，进而导致话语分化、情感疏离、信任流失，共同体内部凝聚力下降。现代国家形态下的民族共同体危机本质上是共同价值失序在社会意识层面的集中显现。必须立足新时代中国特色社会主义实践，坚持以社会主义核心价值观引领社会思想，强化中华民族共同体意识，推动历史记忆、价值认同与制度认同贯通，在巩固共同理想、重建公共话语、增进社会团结中夯实中华民族共同体的精神根基。更多还原

【Abstract】 The national community under the modern state form is not only an institutional community and a community of interests, but also a spiritual community founded on shared values, shared memory, and shared beliefs. Values play a foundational and overarching role in the formation, maintenance, and development of the national community. They not only define the framework of meaning through which members of society understand the relations among history, the state, and the nation, but also influence the stability of community identity. With profound changes in social structure, the pluralistic interaction of ideas and cultures, and the continuous reshaping of the public communication landscape, once values undergo degeneration, they weaken the spiritual foundation on which the community depends for its existence, causing the erosion of belief support, the loosening of historical narratives, the disordering of public ethics, and the dispersion of social identity. This in turn leads to discursive fragmentation, emotional estrangement, and the loss of trust, resulting in a decline in internal cohesion within the community. The crisis of the national community under the modern state form is, in essence, the concentrated manifestation at the level of social consciousness of disorder in shared values. It is therefore necessary to proceed from the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, uphold the guiding role of core socialist values in the integration of social thought, strengthen consciousness of the Chinese nation-state community, and promote the interconnection of historical memory, value identity, and institutional identity, thereby consolidating the spiritual foundation of the national community by reinforcing shared ideals, reconstructing public discourse, and enhancing social solidarity.更多还原
