【Abstract】 Lichen planus is a chronic inflammatory disease involving the skin, nails and mucous membranes. Studies have shown that its pathogenesis is associated with the JAK/STAT pathway, and there have been reports of JAK inhibitors exerting therapeutic effects on lichen planus. In this paper, 3 patients with lichen planus were administered abrocitinib at a dose of 100 mg once daily. After 4 weeks of treatment, complete resolution of skin lesions was observed in 2 patients, and significant improvement was noted in 1 patient.更多还原
