Vertical Changes of Soil Physicochemical Properties and Enzyme Activities of four Typical Stand Types in the Upper Reaches of Xiong′an New Area——A case study of Hongya Mountain State-owned Forest Farm in Hebei Province
【Abstract】 In order to further explore the vertical changes of soil physical and chemical properties and enzyme activities of typical vegetation types in the upstream area of Xiong’an New Area. Taking the state-owned forest farm in Hongyashan, Hebei Province as an example, three soil layers(0-10, 10-20,20-30 cm) of cork oak forest, locust forest, cypress cypress and pine tabulaeformis forest were selected as research objects to determine the soil physicochemical properties and enzyme activity, and the vertical changes of soil physicochemical indexes and enzyme activity indexes of the four stand types were discussed by Pearson correlation analysis, analysis of variance and redundancy analysis(RDA). 1) The TN content and N/P of the 0-10 cm soil layer of Pinus tabulaeformis and Cypress lateral were significantly higher than those of the 20-30 cm soil layer(P<0.05). The soil AP and AN contents of the four stands decreased with the increase of soil depth, and the soils of the four stand types were all neutral soils. 2) The soil SUC and URE activities of different stand types showed a decreasing trend with the increase of soil depth, and the URE activity was significantly different between different soil layers. 3) Except for soil C/N, soil depth had significant or extremely significant effects on soil indexes. The interaction between soil depth and stand type had a significant impact on soil UE activity. 4) Soil BD, SOC, PH and TN had a significant effect on soil enzyme activities, and to a certain extent, the soil enzyme activities of the four stands were affected by soil physical and chemical properties, and the stand type was the key factor regulating soil properties.
