【摘要】 智慧旅游城市建设对旅游经济“量”的增长与“质”的提高具有重要影响，但其对旅游经济韧性的影响效应研究仍较为薄弱。文章基于2009—2021年中国194个地级及以上优秀旅游城市的面板数据，在反事实情景下借助复杂空间计量模型计算旅游经济韧性，将智慧旅游城市试点政策作为一项“准自然实验”，运用双重差分模型及中介效应模型评估智慧旅游城市建设对旅游经济韧性的作用效应及传导机制。研究发现，智慧旅游城市建设显著提升了旅游经济韧性，且该结论具有稳健性；智慧旅游城市建设对旅游经济韧性的作用效应呈现“西部>东部>中部”的空间非均衡性，且规模等级较高的城市受到促进作用更大；智慧旅游城市建设通过提升创新水平、推动产业结构优化进而提升旅游经济韧性。文章研究结论可为数字经济赋能旅游经济韧性提供量化依据和理论支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Smart tourism city construction has an important impact on the growth of “quantity” and “quality” of the tourism economy, but its impact on the resilience of tourism economy remains underexplored. Based on the panel data of 194 excellent tourism cities at and above the prefecture level in China from 2009 to 2021, this paper uses counterfactual spatial econometric models to measure the resilience of urban tourism economy, and constructs a difference-in-differences model to evaluate the impact of smart tourism city construction on the resilience of the tourism economy with the help of the “quasi-natural experiment” of smart tourism city pilot policies. The results show that smart tourism city construction significantly improves the resilience of the tourism economy, and the conclusion is robust. The effect of smart tourism city construction on the resilience of the tourism economy shows a spatial imbalance of “western > eastern > central”, and the pilot policy has a better promotion effect on cities with higher scale levels. And smart tourism city construction can enhance the resilience of the tourism economy by improving innovation level and promoting industrial structure optimization. This paper not only provides an important basis for the further implementation and promotion of smart tourism city construction across the country, but also provides useful policy enlightenment for the improvement of urban tourism economic resilience.更多还原
