【摘要】 随着“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念成为社会共识，铁路车辆制造企业供应链绿色化发展需求日益迫切。如何协调“资源、生态、环境”与经济发展的关系，已成为当今铁路车辆制造企业必须思考的重要议题。文章在明确绿色供应链管理体系结构的基础上，应用模糊综合层次分析（Fuzzy-AHP）模型，构建了铁路车辆制造企业绿色供应链绩效评价指标体系并确定了指标权重，提出了铁路车辆制造企业实施绿色供应链管理的有效途径，为我国铁路车辆制造企业绿色供应链转型升级提供了借鉴与参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the concept of "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" becoming a social consensus, the demand for greening the supply chains of railway vehicle manufacturing enterprises is increasingly urgent. How to balance the relationship between "resources, ecology, and environment" and economic development has become a critical issue that railway vehicle manufacturing enterprises must consider. Based on clarifying the structure of the green supply chain management system, this paper applies the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(Fuzzy-AHP) model to construct a performance evaluation indicator system for green supply chains in railway vehicle manufacturing enterprises and determine the weights of the indicators. It also proposes effective approaches to implementing green supply chain management in railway vehicle manufacturing enterprises, providing reference for the green transformation and upgrading of supply chains in China’s railway vehicle manufacturing industry.更多还原
