【摘要】 全球数字经济蓬勃发展与“双循环”战略深入实施的背景下,跨境电商与跨境物流的协同演进成为驱动区域外向型经济提质增效的关键路径。文章聚焦浙江省,通过构建协同发展评价模型,基于2017—2023年的时序数据展开分析。研究发现,浙江省跨境电商交易规模从2017年的603.9亿元增长至2023年的5 129.3亿元,跨境物流基础设施逐步完善,但两者协同度仍处在较低水平且呈现波动趋势,存在信息共享机制不完善、联盟协同不足、复合型人才短缺及新兴市场物流网络布局滞后等问题。文章提出搭建全链路数字化信息平台、构建产业联盟协同创新模式、健全人才培养体系及靶向布局新兴市场物流通道等对策,以提升两者协同发展水平,为浙江省外向型经济增长注入新动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of the vigorous development of the global digital economy and the in-depth implementation of the "double circulation" strategy, the coordinated evolution of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics has become a key path to drive the quality and efficiency of the regional export-oriented economy. This study focuses on Zhejiang Province,and analyzes the time series data from 2017 to 2023 by constructing a collaborative development evaluation model. The study found that the scale of cross-border e-commerce transactions in Zhejiang Province increased from CNY 60.39 billion in 2017 to CNY 512.93 billion in 2023 and the cross-border logistics infrastructure was gradually improved. However, the synergy between the two is still at a low level and shows a fluctuating trend. There are problems such as imperfect information sharing mechanism, insufficient alliance synergy, shortage of compound talents, and lagging logistics network layout in emerging markets. The research proposes to build a full-link digital information platform, build a collaborative innovation model of industrial alliances,improve the talent training system, and target the layout of emerging market logistics channels, so as to improve the level of coordinated development of the two and inject new impetus into the export-oriented economic growth of Zhejiang Province.更多还原
