【Abstract】 The ethos of educators embodies the collective virtues cultivated by Chinese educational practitioners through long-term practice.Fostering this ethos is pivotal to developing a country strong in education, as the two are intrinsically coupled through congruent value pursuits, synergistic practical orientations and shared cultural legacies.Specifically, the ethos of educators serves as the value soul for forging a country strong in education, the dynamic engine driving educational reform and the guiding thought for enriching the Chinese educational gene.Leveraging this ethos to empower the development of a country strong in education becomes instrumental in realizing China’s goal of becoming a modern socialist strong country.To this end, it is imperative to establish enduring mechanisms for promoting the ethos of educators, cultivate a high-quality teaching workforce, and expand the practical domains where this ethos can flourish.更多还原
