基于压力实时反馈的水导自动排水系统研究
Research on an automatic drainage system for water guide bearing based on real-time pressure feedback
【摘要】 为进一步提高江都第四抽水站水导承轴排水效率,解决传统水导排水模式运行维护难题,研究依据实时压力反馈的水导自动排水系统,提出了按需排水模式、智能传感器应用、PLC集成控制一体化技术方案。通过布设压力传感器,将数据集成到上位机监控管理平台,同时引入分级预警机制,实现了水导轴承渗漏水的可视化监测、早期诊断以及精准评估。改造前后对比显示,该系统实现了全自动排水,缩短了排水响应时间,降低了设备故障发生率和维修成本,同时为动静环的更换提供科学依据,也为类似泵站机组水导轴承智能化改造提供技术参考。
【Abstract】 To further improve the drainage efficiency of the water guide bearing in Jiangdu No.4 Pumping Station and solve the operational and maintenance difficulties of the traditional water guide drainage mode, this paper develops an automatic water guide drainage system based on real-time pressure feedback, and proposes an integrated technical scheme including on-demand drainage mode, intelligent sensor application and PLC integrated control. By arranging pressure sensors, integrating the data into the upper computer monitoring and management platform, and setting up a hierarchical early warning mechanism, the visual monitoring, early diagnosis and accurate judgment of water seepage in water guide bearings are achieved. Comparative analysis before and after the transformation shows that the system has realized the full automation of water guide drainage, shortened the drainage response time, and reduced the equipment failure rate and maintenance costs. Meanwhile, it provides a scientific basis for the replacement of dynamic and static rings, and provides a technical reference for the intelligent transformation of water guide bearings in similar pumping station units.
