【摘要】 文章分析了生态系统理念下基层公共文化治理共同体建设的缘由与转向，发现目前基层公共文化治理存在治理主体利益不调致使价值分离、治理结构欠佳引发资源分配不均、多元主体行动无序导致互动失衡等问题，明确生态系统理念下的治理共同体建设应转向利益优化以保障“系统均衡”、层级分明以促进“信息交换”、行动有序以推进“物质循环”，并提出“宏观层”引领共同体秩序以实现价值共创、“中观层”催化共同体能动性以助力资源共享、“微观层”坚守共同体本位以维持动态平衡、“全系统”凝聚共同体共识以推动协同进化的建设路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article analyzes the reasons and shifts for constructing grassroots public cultural governance communities from the perspective of the ecosystem concept. It finds that current grassroots public cultural governance faces several issues: conflicts of interest among governance actors leading to value separation, suboptimal governance structures causing uneven resource distribution, and disorderly actions by multiple actors resulting in imbalanced interactions. The article clarifies that under the ecosystem concept, building governance communities should focus on optimizing interests to ensure“system balance”, establishing clear hierarchical levels to promote “information exchange”, and orderly actions to advance“material circulation”. It proposes construction paths in which the “macro level” leads the community order to achieve value co-creation, the “meso level” catalyzes community agency to support resource sharing, the “micro level” upholds its fundamental position to maintain dynamic balance, and the “whole system” unites community consensus to drive collaborative evolution.更多还原
