食用菌绿霉病防治研究进展

【摘要】 食用菌栽培历史悠久,其产业在我国农业建设中占据重要地位。随着栽培规模扩大,绿霉病已成为制约食用菌产业发展的首要威胁。绿霉病主要由木霉属真菌引起,该病原分布广泛、繁殖力强,可通过与食用菌菌丝竞争营养与空间、分泌抗生物质等方式侵染食用菌菌丝体,造成严重减产,影响食用菌栽培效益。该文系统阐述了食用菌绿霉病发展史、传播途径,并重点梳理了以农业防治、物理防治、化学防治和生物防治为核心的综合防控策略,以期为食用菌绿霉病防控提供参考。

【Abstract】 The cultivation of edible mushrooms has a long history, and the industry holds a significant position in China’s agricultural development. With the expansion of cultivation scale, green mold disease has become the foremost threat constraining the growth of the edible mushroom industry. Primarily caused by fungi of the genus Trichoderma, this pathogen is widely distributed and highly reproductive. It infects the mycelium of edible mushrooms by competing for nutrients and space, as well as secreting antibiotic substances, leading to severe yield reduction and significantly impacting cultivation profitability. This paper systematically reviews the history and transmission pathways of green mold disease in edible mushrooms, with a focused discussion on integrated management strategies centered on agricultural, physical, chemical, and biological control measures, to provide a reference for the prevention and control of edible mushroom green mold disease.
