【摘要】 目的 探讨基于医养结合的公立医院适老化护理服务体系的构建及其在安全风险防控方面的实践效果。方法 医院构建了包括老年护理服务和管理架构、人才队伍培养、创新服务模式、门诊便利措施、智慧照护病房、医养模式转换机制及特色延续护理服务的适老化护理体系；实施结构、过程和结果质量控制。结果 医院适老化护理服务体系实施期间，住院老年患者和门诊就诊患者人数呈递增趋势，床位周转利用效率呈提高趋势，加强了平均住院时间的管理，老年患者不良事件发生率呈下降趋势，患者护理满意度呈升高趋势，不同年度之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 适老化护理服务体系可有效优化资源配置，提升护理质量和患者满意度，为老年患者提供高效、连续的医养结合服务，具有重要的临床应用和推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the construction and practical effects of an aging-friendly nursing service system in a public hospital under the integration of medical and elderly care.Methods Based on the model of integrated medical and elderly care, the hospital established an aging-friendly nursing system that includes elderly care services and a management framework, training of a professional nursing team, innovative service models, outpatient convenience measures, intelligent care wards, mechanisms for transitioning between medical and elderly care modes, and specialized continuing care services.Quality control was implemented in terms of structure, process, and outcomes.Results During the implementation of the aging-friendly nursing service system, the number of hospitalized elderly patients and outpatient visits showed an increasing trend; bed turnover efficiency improved; average length of stay was effectively managed; the incidence of adverse events among elderly patients decreased; and patient satisfaction with nursing care increased.Differences between different years were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The aging-friendly nursing service system effectively optimizes resource allocation, improves nursing quality and patient satisfaction, and provides efficient and continuous integrated medical and elderly care services for elderly patients, demonstrating important clinical application and promotional value.更多还原
