【摘要】 城市民族工作是铸牢中华民族共同体意识，不断促进地区民族团结进步的重要实践阵地。本文以多民族散杂居地区Q市为例，聚焦城市民族工作在铸牢中华民族共同体意识中的实践逻辑与现实路径，系统梳理了Q市作为多民族散杂居地区在推动城市民族工作过程中的实践成效，研究了当前工作中存在的挑战，包括民族工作队伍建设、铸牢宣传教育、民族文化传承保护及各民族交往交流交融等问题。针对上述问题，从健全工作机制、拓展宣传维度、推动文化保护传承与创新利用、深化社会互嵌等层面，提出具有可操作性的实践路径建议，为同类地区通过城市民族工作有效铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供理论参照与实践建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban ethnic work is a key platform for consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation and advancing ethnic unity in multi-ethnic regions. Taking City Q as a case, this paper explores the practical logic and paths of such work, summarizing its achievements while analyzing challenges including team building, education and publicity, cultural heritage protection,and ethnic exchanges and integration. It proposes targeted solutions: improving working mechanisms, expanding publicity channels, promoting cultural inheritance and innovation, and deepening social embeddedness.
