【摘要】 本研究通过系统阐释教育家精神的科学内涵与价值特征，以及结合高校专业教师队伍建设的具体内容，深入辨析教育家精神与高校专业教师队伍建设之间的内在逻辑契合关系，并在此基础上，从“理想信念”“道德情操”“育人智慧”“躬耕态度”“仁爱之心”“弘道追求”6个核心维度出发，构建起涵盖18个关键领域、54个观测方面的评价体系，以此将教育家精神系统融入高校专业教师评价框架之中。该评价体系的建立，可为高校专业教师队伍的专业化发展与科学化管理提供一定的理论依据，有助于明确新时代高校专业教师队伍建设的基本方向，进一步强化高校专业教师在践行教育家精神、落实立德树人根本任务中的主体作用，进而推动高校专业教师队伍建设实现高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study systematically expounds the scientific connotation and value characteristics of the educator’s spirit, and combines the specific contents of the construction of professional teachers in universities to deeply analyze the intrinsic logical compatibility relationship between the educator’s spirit and the construction of professional teachers in universities. On this basis, starting from the six core dimensions of “ideals and beliefs”“moral sentiment”“teaching wisdom”“practical attitude”“benevolence” and “pursuit of virtue”, a 18-key area and54-observation aspect evaluation system is constructed to integrate the educator’s spirit into the evaluation framework of professional teachers in universities. The establishment of this evaluation system can provide certain theoretical basis for the professional development and scientific management of the professional teacher team in universities, help clarify the basic direction of the construction of professional teachers in the new era, further strengthen the main role of professional teachers in universities in practicing the educator’s spirit and fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue, and thereby promote the high-quality development of the construction of professional teachers in universities.更多还原
