基于SEM的高校全日制研究生导学关系及其影响因素研究

【摘要】 导学关系作为研究生教育体系的核心纽带,是落实研究生教育立德树人根本任务的关键保障。随着研究生招生规模的持续扩大,导学关系失衡问题逐渐显现,尤其是权力配置的结构性失衡问题日益凸显。本研究基于“认知—情感—行为意愿”理论(CAC理论)与三元交互决定论,通过问卷调查,构建高校全日制研究生导学关系影响因素结构方程模型(SEM)。结果显示:导师特质、学生特质、师生互动、环境影响对导学关系均存在正向显著影响;其中,师生互动在导师特质、学生特质与导学关系间发挥中介作用。据此,未来导学关系优化需聚焦师生个人特质、增强导学关系认知,提升师生互动频率、强化导学关系情感认同,营造正向学术环境、促进导学关系健康发展等路径施策,助力导学关系走向协同共进的良性发展之路。

【Abstract】 The mentor-student relationship, as the core bond within the graduate education system, serves as a crucial safeguard for fulfilling the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education. However, against the backdrop of continuously expanding graduate enrollment, imbalances in this relationship have gradually emerged, with structural disparities in power distribution becoming increasingly prominent. An influencing factor model for full-time graduate student-advisor relationships in universities, constructed based on CAC theory and triadic interaction determinism, indicates that advisor characteristics, student characteristics, teacher-student interaction, and environmental influences exert significant positive effects on the relationship. Furthermore, teacher-student interaction mediates the relationship between advisor characteristics, student characteristics, and the student-advisor relationship. Accordingly, future optimization of the mentor-student relationship should focus on enhancing awareness of the relationship, increasing interaction frequency, strengthening emotional identification,and fostering a positive academic environment. These measures will promote a synergistic and mutually beneficial ecosystem for the mentor-student relationship.
