木结构古建筑渗雨检测研究综述

【摘要】 木结构古建筑承载历史文化信息,但容易受到渗雨影响导致木构件腐朽变形。梳理木结构古建筑结构组成与其易发生渗雨的位置,归纳一般建筑物渗雨检测的方法并对比其优缺点,重点阐述新兴的红外热成像技术原理、分类及其在建筑领域渗雨检测的研究现状。通过对已有文献梳理得出:(1)木结构古建筑结构复杂,渗雨的位置主要集中在屋顶以及墙体与屋顶交接处;(2)一般性建筑物渗雨检测方法包括外观检查、含水率检查、温度梯度检查、电导率检查、激光雷达检查、红外热成像检查等,各有优劣;(3)红外热成像在一般建筑物渗雨检测有成果卓有成效,但在木结构古建筑渗雨检测研究匮乏;(4)红外热成像应当具有良好的潜力用于木结构古建筑渗雨检测,但需深入系统研究检查机理、材料影响、环境因素影响等。旨在为相关学者和工作人员提供较为完善的可用于木结构古建筑渗雨检测的方法和思路,助力古建筑文化遗产的保护工作。

【Abstract】 Wooden buildings carry historical and cultural information, but they are susceptible to the influence of rain penetration, which leads to the decay and deformation of wooden components. The structural composition of wood-framed buildings and their susceptibility to rain penetration are sorted out, the general building rain penetration detection methods are generalized and their advantages and disadvantages are compared, with focus placed on the principles and classification of the emerging infrared thermal imaging technology, as well as the current status of the research on rain penetration detection in the field of architecture. It is found by combing through the existing literature that(1) the structure of wood-framed ancient buildings is complex, and the location of rain seepage is mainly concentrated on the roof and the intersection of wall and roof;(2) the general building rain seepage detection methods include appearance inspection, moisture content inspection, temperature gradient inspection, electrical conductivity inspection, LIDAR inspection and infrared thermography inspection, which have their own merits and demerits;(3) infrared
