锆基金属玻璃的电子探针元素定量面分析方法
Electron probe elemental quantitative surface analysis method for zirconium-based metallic glasses
【摘要】 采用电子探针方法对锆基金属玻璃进行元素定量面分析,研究不同分析模式和加速电压对面分析结果的影响,并优化了工作曲线。结果表明:选择Peak Search模式,在加速电压为15 kV的条件下,利用两点法定量曲线可以得到准确性较高的面分析结果。
【Abstract】 Elemental quantitative surface analysis of zirconium-based metallic glass was conducted using the electron probe microanalysis method. The effects of different analytical modes and accelerating voltages on the surface analysis results were investigated, and the working curves were optimized. The results show that selecting the Peak Search mode and employing the two-point calibration method at an accelerating voltage of 15 kV could yield highly accurate quantitative surface analysis results.
