【摘要】 目的：评价7种中成药联合西药常规治疗对脑卒中恢复期患者的有效性与安全性，为临床决策优化提供循证依据。方法：基于网状Meta分析进行评价，使用R语言程序包对数据结果进行统计分析。结果：共纳入19项RCTs，共计1 832例患者。有效性分析显示：（1）总有效率方面，通心络胶囊联合治疗疗效最优（SUCRA=0.387 3）;(2)NIHSS和ALD评分改善：以脑安胶囊联合治疗最显著（SUCRA=0.693 5;SUCRA=0.389 1）;(3)中医证候评分和mRS评分：杜蛭丸联合治疗具有统计学优势（MD=4.87,95%CI=-1.46-11.22;MD=1.12,95%CI=0.21-2.01）;(4)安全性分析显示：杜蛭丸联合治疗不良反应最低（SUCRA=0.745 2）。结论：七种中成药联合治疗可改善脑卒中恢复期神经功能与生活能力，其中通心络胶囊、脑安胶囊及杜蛭丸在特定结局指标中表现突出。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 7 kinds of Chinese patent medicines combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of patients with stroke recovery, and to provide evidence-based basis for clinical decisionmaking optimization. Methods: The evaluation was performed based on network meta-analysis, and the statistical analysis of data results was conducted using R language packages. Results: A total of 19 RCTs were included, involving 1 832 patients. The results of effectiveness analysis showed that(1) in terms of total effective rate, Tongxinluo capsule combined treatment had the best curative effect(SUCRA=0.3873);(2) In terms of improvement of NIHSS and ALD: Nao ’an capsule combined treatment was the most significant(SUCRA=0.693 5; SUCRA=0.389 1);(3) In terms of TCM syndrome score and mRS score: Duzhi pill combined treatment had statistical advantages(MD=4.87,95%CI=-1.46-11.22; MD=1.12, 95%CI=0.21-2.01);(4) In terms of Safety analysis: Duzhi Pills combined with CT had the lowest risk of adverse reactions(SUCRA=0.745 2). Conclusion: Combined therapy with seven kinds of Chinese patent medicines can improve neurological function and daily living ability in patients during the recovery stage of stroke, among which Tongxinluo Capsule, Nao’an Capsule and Duzhi Pill exhibited prominent efficacy with specific outcome indicators.更多还原
