【摘要】 为培养契合中医药传承创新与产业发展需求的高层次复合型人才，构建与中医药学科相匹配的研究生资助育人体系，本研究以成都中医药大学为例，通过国内外研究生资助政策比较分析与典型案例深度剖析，揭示当前中医药学研究生资助工作中存在的资助精度不足、育人功能弱化、学科适配滞后等核心困境。在此基础上，本研究提出“机制协同-数智赋能-品牌驱动”三位一体的中医药学研究生资助育人体系，为提升新时代中医药学研究生的科研创新能力、临床实践能力、增强中医药文化自信及中医药国际化传播提供坚实基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study aimed to establish a postgraduate financial aid and education system that supported the cultivation of high-level interdisciplinary talents meeting the demands of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in heritage, innovation, and industrial development, while also aligning with the unique characteristics of TCM disciplines. Using Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as a case study, it conducted a comparative analysis of domestic and international graduate funding policies along with in-depth case studies, revealing core challenges in current TCM graduate funding practices—such as insufficient funding precision, weakened educational functions, and lagging disciplinary alignment. The research proposed a tripartite reform and innovation pathway of "mechanism coordination, digital intelligence empowerment, and brand-driven strategies". It provided a solid foundation for enhancing the research capabilities and clinical practical skills of TCM postgraduates, strengthening cultural confidence in Chinese medicine, and promoting its international dissemination.更多还原
