【摘要】 目的 构建我国药物经济学评价研究中专家咨询法应用的信息汇报清单。方法 通过系统梳理澳大利亚、法国、南非和荷兰4个国家的药物经济学评价指南中关于专家咨询法的相关要求，形成初始清单。于2025年9—10月进行两轮德尔菲法专家咨询，依据专家对条目的汇报必要性和汇报难度评分进行条目筛选与修订。结果 第1轮共回收有效问卷41份，专家积极系数为95.35%。专家对大部分条目的必要性和可行性评价较高，意见集中度与协调性良好（信息汇报必要性Kendall′s W=0.33，信息汇报难度Kendall′s W=0.38，均P<0.05）。第2轮共回收有效问卷39份，专家积极系数为95.12%，所有专家一致同意形成的条目。最终形成包含专家咨询使用情景、咨询专家信息、数据收集与处理、结果及解释、结果的使用5个模块共15项条目的《药物经济学评价中专家咨询法信息汇报条目清单》，覆盖药物经济学评价中专家咨询使用全过程。结论 本研究构建的信息汇报清单内容来源可靠、结构设计合理，专家意见支撑充分，具有良好的科学性与实际操作性，为我国药物经济学研究中专家咨询法的规范化应用提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct an information reporting checklist for expert elicitation methods in pharmacoeconomic evaluations in China. Methods We reviewed pharmacoeconomic guidelines from Australia, France, South Africa and the Netherlands to extract reporting requirements related to expert elicitation, forming an initial checklist. A two-round Delphi consultation was conducted in September and October 2025. Items were screened and revised based on experts′ ratings of necessity and reporting difficulty. Results In the first round, 41 valid questionnaires were collected with a response rate of 95. 35%. Experts generally rated most items as necessary and feasible, and demonstrated good consensus and coordination(Kendall′s W=0. 33 for reporting necessity; Kendall′s W=0. 38 for reporting difficulty, both P<0. 05). In the second round, 39 valid questionnaires were returned, with all agreement on the finalized items. Ultimately, a Reporting Checklist for Expert Elicitation in Pharmacoeconomic Evaluation, consisting of 15 items across five modules(scenarios for the use of expert elicitation, information on consulted experts, data collection and processing, results and interpretation, and use of the results) was developed to cover the full process of expert elicitation in pharmacoeconomic research. Conclusion The checklist developed in this study is based on valid methodological sources and structured according to the actual process of expert elicitation. Supported by expert consensus, this checklist demonstrates strong scientific rigor and practical applicability, and may serve as a reference for the standardized application of expert elicitation in pharmacoeconomic studies in China.更多还原
