【摘要】 目的 探究关注和解释疗法的护理模式对椎管内良性肿瘤患者术后创伤后成长、不良心理状态的影响。方法 回顾性分析2024年2月至2025年1月河南省人民医院收治的108例椎管内良性肿瘤患者临床资料，根据护理方法不同分为观察组、对照组，各54例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在此基础上采用关注和解释疗法的护理模式。统计对比两组创伤后成长[创伤后成长评定量表(PTGI)]、不良心理状态[抑郁症筛查量表(PHQ-9)、广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)]、治疗依从性、不良事件。结果 与对照组相比，干预1个月后观察组PTGI各维度及总分较高，PHQ-9、GAD-7评分较低(P<0.05)；与对照组相比，观察组治疗总依从率较高(P<0.05)；两组不良事件比较无明显差异(P >0.05)。结论 关注和解释疗法的护理模式应用于椎管内良性肿瘤患者，能短期提高创伤后成长水平，改善不良心理状态，提高治疗依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of a nursing model based on attention and interpretation therapy on postoperative post-traumatic growth and negative psychological status in patients with intraspinal tumors.Methods The clinical data of 108 patients with intraspinal tumors admitted to Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from February 2024 to January 2025 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different nursing methods, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received a nursing model based on attention and interpretation therapy in addition to routine nursing. Post-traumatic growth [Post-Traumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI)], negative psychological status [Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9) and Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7(GAD-7)], treatment compliance, and adverse events were statistically compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher scores in all dimensions and the total score of the PTGI and lower PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scores after 1 month of intervention(P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group had a higher total treatment compliance rate(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse events between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion The nursing model based on attention and interpretation therapy, when applied to patients with intraspinal tumors, can improve the level of post-traumatic growth in the short term, improve negative psychological status, and enhance treatment compliance.更多还原
