【摘要】 目的 观察脑膜中动脉栓塞术对复发慢性硬膜下血肿的治疗效果及安全性。方法 回顾性分析2020年1月—2025年8月在江苏省中医院神经外科接受脑膜中动脉栓塞治疗的32例复发性慢性硬膜下血肿患者，术后定期复查血肿吸收情况并用改良Rankin量表(mRS)评价患者的神经功能。结果 纳入的32例患者中，其中3例术中出现不良情况未顺利完成栓塞，29例患者顺利完成手术。与术前相比，术后3个月血肿量均有明显减少(P<0.05),其中26例血肿减少≥50%。术后3个月患者神经功能恢复良好，mRS评分整体显著优于术前。所有29例患者术后均未见明显手术相关神经系统并发症。结论 脑膜中动脉栓塞能够有效减少复发性慢性硬膜下血肿再复发率并有效促进血肿吸收，是一种安全有效的治疗方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of middle meningeal artery embolization in the treatment of recurrent chronic subdural hematoma. Methods A total of 32 patients with recurrent chronic subdural hematoma who underwent middle meningeal artery embolization in Department of Neurosurgery, Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to August 2025 were analyzed retrospectively. Postoperative regular follow-up was conducted to review the absorption of hematoma, and the neurological function of the patients was evaluated using the modified Rankin scale(mRS). Results Among the 32 included patients, 3 experienced intraoperative complications and did not complete the embolization procedure successfully, while 29 patients successfully underwent the surgery. Compared with the preoperative state, the hematoma volume of all patients decreased significantly 3 months after the surgery(P<0.05). At 3 months post-operation, the patient showed excellent neurological recovery, with an overall mRS score significantly better than preoperative levels. No obvious surgery-related neurological complications were observed in all patients after the surgery. Conclusions Middle meningeal artery embolization can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of recurrent chronic subdural hematoma and effectively promote the absorption of the hematoma.
