偏头痛患者脑神经血管功能的研究进展
Research progress of the cerebral neurovascular function in migraine patients
【摘要】 偏头痛是一种常见的原发性头痛,发病率高且具有致残性,是脑梗死重要的非传统危险因素,会显著增加脑梗死的发生风险,但其机制尚不明确,近些年越来越多的研究发现,脑神经血管功能可能在其中发挥着重要作用。人脑具有着极为精妙的神经血管功能体系,可以时刻满足脑细胞对能量代谢的急迫需求以及维持脑血流量的稳定,主要包括脑血管反应性、脑血流自动调节、神经血管耦联三个方面,本文将目前的相关研究结果按这三个方面分类总结,来阐述偏头痛患者脑神经血管功能的特征,以期为偏头痛致脑梗死风险增加的潜在机制寻找一些可靠依据。
【Abstract】 Migraine is a common primary headache with high incidence and disability,and it is an important non-traditional risk factor for cerebral infarction,which will significantly increase the risk of cerebral infarction.However,its mechanism is still unclear. In recent years,more and more studies have found that cerebral neurovascular function may play an important role in it. Human brain has a very exquisite neurovascular functional system,which can always meet the urgent demand of brain cells for energy metabolism and maintain the stability of cerebral blood flow,mainly including cerebrovascular reactivity,cerebral autoregulation,and neurovascular coupling.In this paper,the current relevant research results are classified and summarized according to these three aspects,to elucidate the characteristics of cerebral neurovascular function in patients with migraine,in order to find some reliable evidence for the potential mechanism of the increased risk of cerebral infarction caused by migraine.
