60℃空气温热疗法治疗4例手足“甜甜圈样”病毒疣患者的临床观察

【摘要】 目的 评估60℃空气温热疗法治疗在手足“甜甜圈样”病毒疣患者中的临床疗效与安全性。方法 2024年7月至2025年7月间在南京医科大学第一附属医院皮肤科纳入4例手足“甜甜圈样”病毒疣患者,接受60℃空气温热治疗,于基线、治疗后1个月、2个月、3个月及6个月评估患者的疣体情况,以评估空气温热治疗效果;治疗期间收集患者的疼痛评分,评估空气温热治疗伴随的疼痛情况;治疗时及治疗随访期间评估不良反应,评估空气温热治疗的安全性。结果 4例患者疣体均完全消退(100%),随访3个月以上未见复发;疼痛评分0分;未发现不良反应。结论 空气温热可有效且无痛治疗手足“甜甜圈样”手足疣,期间未报告不良反应。

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the clinical efficacy and safety profile of 60 ℃air thermotherapy in the management of doughnut human papillomavirus(HPV)-associated hand or foot warts. Methods Four patients diagnosed with doughnut HPV-associated warts were consecutively recruited from the Department of Dermatology, The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University, between July 2024 and July 2025. A prospective self-controlled study design was adopted, with all participants receiving air thermotherapy at 60 ℃. Wart regression was dynamically evaluated at baseline, and post-treatment 1, 2, 3, and 6 months to determine the therapeutic efficacy. Pain intensity was documented using a numerical rating scale during the treatment session to quantify treatment-associated discomfort. Adverse events were closely monitored throughout the treatment course and the entire follow-up period to evaluate the safety of air thermotherapy. Results Warts were completely cleared away in all the four patients(100%), with no recurrence noted during the follow-up period of over three months. All patients reported a pain score of 0, and no other adverse reactions were observed throughout the study period. Conclusion Air thermotherapy exhibits favorable efficacy and safety in the treatment of doughnut HPV-associated hand or foot warts, providing a promising alternative for the clinical management of this condition.
