【Abstract】 Frailty in young and middle-aged patients may significantly affect postoperative recovery,leading to increased postoperative complication rates,prolonged recovery and hospital stays,and increased medical costs. Although related research has gradually increased in recent years,there is still a lack of adequate assessment methods and intervention measures for frailty in young and middle-aged patients. This review analyzes the preoperative assessment methods and risk factors of frailty in young and middle-aged patients,explores the impact of preoperative frailty on postoperative complications in young and middle-aged patients,and proposes effective prevention and intervention strategies,with the aim of providing guidance for clinical practice.更多还原
