【Abstract】 Lithium has been widely recommended for the treatment of bipolar and related disorders.However, significant discrepancies still exist between clinical practice and guideline recommendations.In China, the clinical use of lithium remains limited due to concerns about its efficacy and safety, leading to hesitation or avoidance in its application.To address these issues, a panel of domestic clinical experts collaboratively developed this consensus.The purpose of this document is to clarify common misconceptions regarding lithium therapy in bipolar and related disorders and to promote its standardized, evidence-based clinical use.更多还原
