【摘要】 生物制剂为难治性慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉开辟了全新的治疗方式，代表了疾病治疗的前沿水平。中国鼻科学者于2025年发表《生物制剂治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉中国意见书》,提出了针对这一最新治疗方法的创新观点。中国意见书中，生物制剂治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的适应证是：经过适当药物和(或)手术治疗的严重双侧成年患者(除外患者有药物治疗禁忌证，或者不耐受药物或手术治疗),同时，符合以下3项指标中至少2项：双侧内镜息肉评分≥4分(0～8分)(每侧≥2分);鼻堵评分≥2分(0～3分)和(或)嗅觉下降评分≥2分(0～3分);2型炎症：息肉组织中嗜酸性粒细胞≥55个/高倍镜视野或≥27%,或外周血嗜酸性粒细胞≥6.9%(无哮喘)或3.7%(有哮喘)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Biologics have opened up a new therapeutic approach for refractory chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, representing the cutting edge of disease treatment. In 2025, Chinese otolaryngologists published "Chinese position paper on biologic therapy for chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps", proposing innovative perspectives on this latest treatment method. According to the Chinese Consensus, the indications for biologic therapy in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps are: severe bilateral adult patients who have undergone appropriate medical and/or surgical treatment, and who meet at least two of the following three criteria: bilateral endoscopic polyp score ≥4 points(0-8 points)(each side ≥2 points); nasal obstruction score ≥2 points(0-3 points) and/or smell reduction score ≥2 points(0-3 points); type 2 inflammation: eosinophil count ≥55 cells/high-power field or ≥27% in polyp tissue, or peripheral blood eosinophil count ≥6.9%(without asthma) or 3.7%(with asthma).更多还原
