深凹露天坑挂帮矿体安全高效开采技术研究

【摘要】 挂帮矿开采作为一种介于露天开采与地下开采之间的过渡方案,对于确保矿山在时间、空间以及产量上的无缝衔接具有重要意义。以落凼矿区西区的挂帮矿体为研究对象,鉴于该矿体位于高边坡之下且紧邻露天运输系统的复杂地质条件,采用两步骤条带式上向水平分层充填采矿法回采。采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对挂帮矿回采过程中采场、边坡以及露天运输系统的稳定性进行了深入的模拟分析。研究结果表明,采用该采矿方法回采挂帮矿体时,采场顶板塑性区范围和位移最大值分别为3.4 m和6.6 mm,边坡及露天运输系统塑性区范围和位移最大值分别为9.5 m和5.8 mm;采场、边坡及露天运输系统拉应力最大值为1.2 MPa,整体稳定性良好;在挂帮矿回采过程中,采场距边坡的距离与采场稳定性之间呈显著的负相关关系。研究可为相似矿山开采挂帮矿体提供理论参考。

【Abstract】 As a transition scheme between open pit mining and underground mining, hanging wall ore mining is of great significance to ensure the seamless connection of mine in time, space and yield. The hanging wall ore body in the western area of Luodang mining area was taken as the research object. In view of the complex geological conditions that the ore body is located under the high slope and adjacent to the open-pit transportation system, the two-step strip upward horizontal layered filling mining method was adopted. FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the stability of stope, slope and open-pit transportation system in the process of mining. The results show that when the mining method is used to mine the hanging wall ore body, the plastic zone range and the maximum displacement of the stope roof are 3.4 m and 6.6 mm, respectively, and the plastic zone range and the maximum displacement of the slope and open-pit transportation system are 9.5 m and 5.8 mm, respectively. The maximum tensile stress of the stope, slope and open-pit transportation system is 1.2 MPa, and the overall stability is good. In the process of hanging wall ore mining, there is a significant negative correlation between the stope-slope distance with the stability of the stope. The research can provide theoretical reference for the mining of hanging wall ore bodies in similar mines.
