【摘要】 在推进高水平科技自立自强和中国式现代化进程中，科技伦理治理成为我国高质量发展的内在要求。基于文本分析方法，集中解决企业责任式创新的测量难题。首先，构建了包含责任式创新结果、责任式创新过程和责任式创新精神三个维度的中国企业责任式创新框架。其次，构建责任式创新各维度对应的共38个元词汇。第三，搜集责任式创新相关新闻报道、文献，以及企业年报中的管理层讨论与分析部分，作为责任式创新专有语料库，并与腾讯AI实验室的中文词句嵌入语料库共同构成近义词扩展所需的语料。第四，基于构建的责任式创新元词汇以及责任式创新语料库，使用Word2Vec算法进行元词汇的近义词扩展，形成包含116个词汇的责任式创新词典。第五，基于责任式创新词典以及企业年报中的管理层讨论与分析文本，通过词频统计的方式，构建企业的责任式创新及其子维度指数。最后，完成对2002—2022年5 275家上市企业责任式创新水平的测量，从并行效度、预测效度和稳健性三个方面进行了责任式创新及其子维度指数的有效性检验。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the contemporary drive to advance high-level self-reliance and self-strengthening in science and technology, as well as to realize Chinese modernization, the governance of science and technology ethics has become an imperative for China’s pursuit of high-quality development. Given that enterprises are the primary agents of innovation, the extent to which they engage in responsible innovation significantly affects the effectiveness of science and technology ethics governance.Against this backdrop, employing textual analysisto address the measurement challenge of corporate responsible innovation holds critical importance in both academic research and practical application.Firstly, to measure responsible innovation in Chinese enterprises more accurately and comprehensively,a corporate responsible innovation framework with Chinese characteristics was constructed.This framework comprisesthree key dimensions: outcomes of responsible innovation, process of responsible innovation, and spirit of responsible innovation.The outcomes refer to morally acceptable, sustainable, and socially desirable innovation results.The process refers toan innovationprocess that is anticipatory, reflective, inclusive, and responsive.The spirit is embodied in the integration of innovative spirit and craftsmanship.Secondly, corresponding meta-wordsweredeveloped for each dimension of the framework.Based on an understanding of the definition and connotation of responsible innovation, 38 meta-words were constructed.Thirdly, a corpus for responsible innovation was built to support synonym expansion of the meta-words.Three types of text data—journal articles, news texts, and annual reports of listed companies—were selected as the exclusive responsible innovation corpus.The Chinese Sentence-Word Embedding Corpus from Tencent AI Lab was used as the general corpus.The training data of this corpus cover news, novels, web pages, etc., collecting Chinese data from various fields, as well as Chinese vocabulary from Wikipedia and Baidu Baike.Fourthly, based on the constructed meta-words and the corpus of responsible innovation,the Word2 Vec algorithm was employed to expandsynonyms of 38 meta-words. Essentially, the Word2 Vec algorithm is a word-embedding method based on natural language processing.It maps words into multi-dimensional vectors according to contextual semantic information, and then calculates the similarity between word vectors to obtain word similarity.Word2 Vec mainlycomprises two models: the Continuous Bag-of-Words Model(CBOW) and the Continuous Skip-Gram Model.Various combinations of the two expansion models and the two types of corpora were tested.Ultimately, the CBOW model combined with the specialized responsible innovation corpus was selected for identifying synonyms.After two rounds of expert screening, a responsible innovation dictionary containing 116 words was formed.Fifthly, using the completed responsible innovation dictionary and the Management Discussion and Analysis(MD&A) sections ofcorporate annual reports, the corporate responsible innovation indexand its sub-dimension indices were constructed through word frequency statistics.Finally, following the above steps,the indices of responsible innovation and its sub-dimensions were successfully measured for 5,275 listed companies over the period from 2002 to 2022.To ensure the validity of the constructed indices, a comprehensive validation was conducted from three aspects: concurrent validity, predictive validity, and robustness.The research makes the following contributions:(1) In terms of theoretical framework, a three-dimensional model of responsible innovation in Chinese enterprises is constructed, which facilitates subsequent measurement efforts.(2) In terms of methodology, a complete set of measurement methods and tests for responsible innovation is provided, overcoming the measurement difficulties in the empirical research on responsible innovation.(3) In terms of practice, thefindings offer a comprehensive set of evaluation criteria for the implementation of responsible innovation in Chinese enterprises.更多还原
