热处理工艺对特厚EH690海工钢板组织性能的影响

【摘要】 为了获得特厚EH690海工钢最优的热处理工艺,实现合理的强韧性匹配,采用不同淬火温度,研究淬火温度对特厚EH690海工钢显微组织和力学性能的影响规律,确定最佳的淬火工艺。结果表明:试验钢板淬火后的组织主要为板条马氏体和板条贝氏体;淬火温度为900℃时特厚EH690海工钢板的-40℃冲击功均值在150 J以上,强韧性匹配最优,为最优热处理工艺。

【Abstract】 To obtain the optimal heat treatment process for extra-heavy EH690 offshore steel and achieve a balanced strength-toughness combination,this study investigates the influence of different quenching temperatures on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel. The results show that the microstructure of the test steel after quenching primarily consists of lath martensite and lath bainite. When the quenching temperature is 900 ℃,the average impact energy at -40 ℃ of the extra-heavy EH690 offshore steel exceeds 150 J,achieving the best matching of strength and toughness,and being the optimal heat treatment process.
