【摘要】 文章基于对湖北省内10所典型应用型高校2015—2024年专利数据的系统分析，从总体态势、转化特征、现实困境3个维度，深入剖析湖北省高校专利就地转化的现状与问题。研究表明，湖北省高校专利授权量快速增长，转化率高于全国平均水平，在特定行业和区域形成了特色转化模式，但仍面临体制机制改革不深、市场结合度不足、专利维持管理薄弱、专业服务能力欠缺、转化分布不均等多重困境。文章提出了加快评价机制创新、强化高价值专利供给、深化产学研协同、搭建多层次转化平台、完善政策支持体系等突围路径，以期为提升高校专利转化效能提供理论参考与实践借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on a systematic analysis of patent data from 10 typical applied universities in Hubei province from 2015 to 2024, this paper thoroughly examines the current status and challenges of local commercialization of patents in Hubei universities from three dimensions: overall trends, transformation characteristics, and practical dilemmas. The study reveals that Hubei province universities have experienced rapid growth in patent grants, with a higher commercialization rate than the national average, forming specialized transformation models in specific industries and regions. However, they still face multiple challenges, including insufficient institutional reform, weak market integration, inadequate patent maintenance management, lack of professional service capabilities, and uneven distribution of commercialization. The paper proposes breakthrough strategies such as accelerating innovation in evaluation mechanisms, enhancing the supply of high-value patents, deepening industry-university-research collaboration, establishing multi-tiered commercialization platforms, and improving policy support systems, aiming to provide theoretical references and practical insights for improving the efficiency of university patent commercialization.更多还原
