【Abstract】 With the rapid development of information technology, personnel archives management is gradually transforming from the traditional paper-based mode to digital mode. As the main force to promote agricultural science and technology innovation, the personnel file management of agricultural scientific research institutions not only involves the personal information of scientific researchers, but also contains professional data such as scientific research achievements, project experience, professional title evaluation, etc. However, in the process of information transformation, agricultural research institutions are facing multiple challenges such as technology, system and personnel. This paper discusses the current challenges of personnel archives informatization management in agricultural scientific research institutions from four aspects: the particularity and industry characteristics of personnel archives informatization management in agricultural scientific research institutions, the main difficulties of current personnel archives informatization management, the optimization path and solutions of personnel archives, and the prospect of Personnel Archives Technology empowerment, and puts forward feasible optimization paths to help rural revitalization and food security and other national strategies, so as to provide credible proof for the career development of scientific researchers and provide reference for the high-quality development of personnel archives in agricultural scientific research institutions.更多还原
