【摘要】 当前，提升农科大学生的实践能力，既是他们职业发展与社会适应的重要保障，也是响应农业农村现代化发展战略的迫切需求。针对实践渠道受限、实践体系不完善、实践效果不佳等问题，本文基于大学人才培养、科学研究、社会服务等基本职能联动视角，提出农科大学生实践能力培养可以遵循“职能协同—信息贯通—模式适配—管理优化”的总体思路，促进实践育人与高校农业科技推广服务体系耦合，构建“科技服务—实践育人”的农科教协同育人路径，系统提升农科大学生的实践能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently, the practical ability of agricultural college students, as an important indicator of career development and social adaptation, is also an urgent need to respond to the development strategy of agricultural and rural modernization. Regarding the basic functional linkage perspective of university talent cultivation, scientific research, and social services, we aim to address the problems of limited practical channels, incomplete practical systems, and poor practical effects that still exist. Based on the perspective of the linkage of basic functions of university talent cultivation, scientific research and social service, the cultivation of practical ability of agricultural college students can follow the overall approach of “functional coordination-information integration-mode adaptation-management optimization,” promote the coupling of practical education and agricultural science and technology extension service system in colleges and universities, and construct the agricultural science and education collaborative education path of “science and technology service-practical education,” so as to systematically improve the practical ability of agricultural college students.更多还原
