能源企业数字化转型的多维驱动因素及组态路径研究

【摘要】 在能源安全与环境保护的双重挑战下,能源企业通过数字化转型实现绿色低碳发展,对稳妥推进碳达峰碳中和具有关键作用。以上市能源企业为研究对象,基于扎根理论开展探索性案例分析,识别出驱动能源企业数字化转型的技术因素、组织因素以及环境因素,并依据TOE理论构建了能源企业数字化转型的多维驱动理论模型。基于此,结合fsQCA方法,验证了多维因素对能源企业数字化转型的联合驱动效应。研究结果表明:单一因素均不是构成能源企业高水平数字化转型的必要条件,其内在生成主要源自“环境驱动”“技术-组织驱动”“组织-环境驱动”和“技术-环境驱动”4种组态路径。结论为能源企业推进数字化转型、实现绿色低碳发展提供理论参考,也为政府部门制定能源产业转型政策、推进生态文明建设提供决策借鉴。

【Abstract】 Against the dual challenges of energy security and environmental protection,energy enterprises achieving green and low-carbon development through digital transformation plays a critical role in steadily advancing carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.Taking listed energy companies as the research object,this paper conducts exploratory case analysis based on grounded theory,identifies the technical factors,organizational factors and environmental factors that drive the digital transformation of energy enterprises,and constructs a multi-dimensional driving theoretical model of digital transformation of energy enterprises according to TOE theory.Based on this,combined with fsQCA method,the joint driving effect of multi-dimensional factors on digital transformation of energy enterprises is verified.The results show that no single factor is a necessary condition for the high digital transformation level of energy enterprises,and its internal generation mainly comes from four configuration paths:environment-driven,technology-organization-driven,organization Environment-driven and technology-environment-driven.The conclusion provides theoretical reference for energy enterprises to promote digital transformation and realize green and low-carbon development,and also provides decision-making reference for government departments to formulate energy industry transformation policies and promote ecological civilization construction.
