功能性气密膜工程现场快速检测装置的设计与应用研究

【摘要】 在国家“双碳”战略推动下,超低能耗建筑成为建筑领域绿色低碳发展的核心方向,而气密性防水膜作为保障建筑节能与室内环境质量的关键材料,其在工程现场的快速性能检测技术亟待突破。针对现有检测方法周期长、操作复杂、无法满足工程现场快速筛查需求的问题,本文设计开发了透湿性能与阻菌性能的快速检测装置,并形成操作流程,为超低能耗建筑关键材料高效检测、精准管控提供技术解决方案,可显著缩短检测周期、降低检测成本、减少返工损失,具有一定社会效益与经济效益。

【Abstract】 Driven by the national “Dual Carbon” strategy, ultra-low energy buildings have become the core direction of green and low-carbon development in the construction sector. As a key material to ensure building energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality, the on-site rapid performance detection technology of airtight and waterproofing membranes urgently needs breakthroughs. Addressing the issues of existing detection methods such as longtime cycle, complex operation, and inability to meet the rapid screening needs on-site in engineering projects, this paper designs and develops a rapid detection device for moisture permeability and antibacterial performance, and formulates the operation process. It could provide a technical solution for efficient detection and precise control of key materials in ultra-low energy buildings, which can significantly shorten the detection cycle, reduce detection costs and minimize rework losses, and has broad social and economic benefits.
