数智技术对制造企业质量竞争力的影响及作用机制
The Impact and Mechanism of Digital Intelligence Technology on the Quality Competitiveness of Manufacturing Enterprises
【摘要】 为探讨数智技术对制造企业质量竞争力的影响,基于2012—2023年沪深A股上市制造企业面板数据,从质量、效率和动力三方面构建质量竞争力指标体系,通过理论分析与实证检验,探究数智技术对制造企业质量竞争力的影响及作用机制。研究结果发现:数智技术显著提升了制造企业质量竞争力,该结论经过稳健性检验后依然成立;数智技术通过推动产业链整合、保障供应链安全、促进价值链升级以实现制造企业质量竞争力提升;数智技术在内部控制质量较好、服务化程度较高、处于知识产权保护较强和社会消费水平较高地区的制造企业中具有更显著的质量竞争力提升效果;从长期来看,数智技术对制造企业质量竞争力的提升效应具有持续性和稳定性。研究为理解数智技术在塑造制造企业质量竞争力中的作用提供了参考,一定程度上拓展了质量强国建设的政策思路。
【Abstract】 The study aims to explore the impact of digital intelligence technology on the quality competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises, emphasizing its significance in building a quality-strong nation. Based on the panel data of A-share listed manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2012 to 2023, this paper constructs a quality competitiveness index system from the aspects of quality, efficiency and motivation. Through theoretical analysis and empirical testing, it explores the impact and mechanism of digital intelligence technology on the quality competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises. It is found that digital intelligence technology significantly improves the quality competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises, and the conclusion remains valid after the robustness test. Mechanism analysis shows that digital intelligence technology achieves quality competitiveness improvement of manufacturing enterprises by promoting industrial chain integration, maintaining supply chain security, and promoting value chain upgrading. Heterogeneity analysis shows that digital intelligence technology has a more significant quality competitiveness enhancement effect in manufacturing enterprises with better quality of internal control, higher level of servitization, and in regions with stronger intellectual property protection and higher level of social consumption. Further analysis reveals that in the long run, the quality competitiveness enhancement effect of digital intelligence technology on manufacturing enterprises has continuity and stability. This paper provides a reference for understanding the role of digital intelligence technology in shaping the quality competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises, to some extent expanding the policy approaches for building a quality-driven nation.
