高校研究生科研成果转化评价的模型构建与实证研究——基于网络分析法与模糊综合评价法
Model Construction and Empirical Research on the Evaluation of Research Achievement Transformation for Graduate Students in Universities: Based on Analytic Network Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method
【摘要】 为了系统评价高校研究生科研成果转化的效率与影响因素,以高校研究生科研成果转化为研究对象,构建ANP-Fuzzy综合评价模型。该模型通过整合网络分析法(ANP)与模糊综合评价法(Fuzzy),实现动态分配指标权重并量化模糊信息,解决了传统方法在复杂指标依赖与主观不确定性上的局限。基于“投入-过程-产出-影响”四维评价体系,对10所高校科研团队进行实证分析,研究结果显示:整体转化效率处于中高水平,其中转化过程与转化产出是推动科研成果转化的核心驱动力;而转化投入中个人能力建设不足、转化影响中政策建议采纳滞后,是当前高校研究生科研成果转化的主要短板。鉴于此,提出以系统性思维统筹资源协同配置、促进产学研深度联动、促进动态监测反馈与风险分级管控的多维策略,旨在构建可持续的高校研究生科研成果转化生态系统。
【Abstract】 To systematically evaluate the efficiency and influencing factors of graduate students’ research achievement transformation in universities, this study constructs an ANP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. By integrating the Analytic Network Process(ANP) and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, the model enables dynamic allocation of indicator weights and quantification of uncertainty, thereby overcoming the limitations of traditional methods in managing complex interdependencies and subjectivity. Based on a four-dimensional framework "inputprocess-output-impact", an empirical analysis of ten university research teams was conducted. The results indicate that overall transformation efficiency remains at a medium-to-high level, with transformation process and output serving as key driving forces. However, insufficient personal capability development in input and delayed policy adoption in impact form the main bottlenecks hindering graduate-level research transformation. Thus, a multidimensional strategy is proposed to coordinate resource allocation systematically, strengthen industry-university linkages, and enhance dynamic monitoring and risk-tiered management, contributing to the development of a sustainable transformation ecosystem in universities.
