“双一流”建设背景下化工专业人才培养模式探索与实践
【摘要】 “双一流”建设是我国高等教育发展的重大战略,对提升高校学科水平与人才培养质量提出了新的要求,为高校建设提供了方向。河南科技大学为顺应化工行业发展趋势和高等教育改革要求,探索了基于建设“双一流”的化工专业人才培养新模式,分析了当前化工专业人才培养模式存在的问题,在培养目标、课程体系、育人机制、创新能力培养等方面进行了探索,并结合部分高校的实践案例进行成效分析,为培养具有突出创新能力和实践能力的高素质化工专业人才做出贡献。
【Abstract】 The construction of " double first-class" is a major strategy for the development of higher education in our country,which puts forward new requirements for improving the discipline level and talent training quality of colleges and universities,and provides a direction for the construction of colleges and universities. In order to comply with the development trend of the chemical industry and the requirements of higher education reform,Henan University of Science and Technology explored a new model of chemical professional talent training based on the construction of " double first-class",analyzed the problems existing in the current chemical professional training model,explored the training objectives,curriculum system,education mechanism,innovation ability training,etc.,and combined with the practical cases of some universities to analyze the effectiveness,so as to contribute to the cultivation of high-quality chemical professionals with outstanding innovation ability and practical ability.
