探究式教学引领下“工程力学”课程的系统性改革与实践

【摘要】 在新工科建设与国家创新驱动发展战略的双重赋能下,培养兼具扎实理论功底、卓越实践能力与创新素养的复合型工程人才,已成为高等工程教育的核心使命。本研究针对“工程力学”课程传统教学中存在的内容滞后、方法僵化、考核单一等突出问题,开展以探究式教学理念为核心的系统性教学改革。改革构建“三维协同”实践体系:在教学内容层面,实现经典理论与前沿技术的深度融合,新增新兴材料专题并嵌入跨学科工程案例;在教学方法层面,打造“微课预习—基础讲授—案例研讨—虚拟仿真—项目实践”五环相扣的多元化教学模式,凸显学生主体地位;在评价体系层面,建立过程性与终结性并重的多元考核机制,强化能力导向评价。改革有效提升了学生的学习主动性、工程思维与创新能力,为同类工科基础课程的教学改革提供了可复制、可推广的实践范式。

【Abstract】 Under the dual impetus of the emerging engineering education initiative and the national innovation-driven development strategy, cultivating interdisciplinary engineering talents with solid theoretical foundations, outstanding practical capabilities, and innovative literacy has become the core mission of higher engineering education.Addressing the prominent problems in traditional teaching of Engineering Mechanics, such as outdated content, rigid teaching methods, and a single evaluation model, this paper conducts a systematic teaching reform centered on the concept of inquiry-based learning.The reform constructs a "three-dimensional collaborative" practice system: at the teaching content level, it achieves in-depth integration of classic theories with cutting-edge technologies, adds special topics on emerging materials, and embeds interdisciplinary engineering cases; at the teaching method level, it develops a five-link integrated diversified teaching model(micro-lecture preview, basic theory teaching, case discussion, virtual simulation, and project practice)to highlight students’ dominant position; at the evaluation system level, it establishes a multi-dimensional assessment mechanism with equal emphasis on process-oriented and summative evaluation, strengthening competency-oriented assessment.The reform has effectively improved students’ learning initiative, engineering thinking, and innovative capabilities, providing a replicable and promotable practical paradigm for the teaching reform of similar basic engineering courses.
