短种植体的临床应用进展
Research progress on clinical application of short implants
【摘要】 骨量不足是种植体植入面临的主要挑战。由于牙槽骨高度有限,常需要进行骨增量手术以提供足够的支持力,其可能导致种植体稳定性下降,增加手术风险。短种植体作为解决骨量不足患者修复需求的替代方案,其临床应用依赖于多种关键因素的优化配置。为提升短种植体的治疗效果,临床医师应对缺牙区的解剖条件进行全面评估,特别是骨密度与咬合力分布等因素。建议选择具有复合表面处理技术及内连接修复基台的短种植体,并在上部修复设计中采用桥体结构以分散咬合应力,进而增强整体修复体的支撑能力。采用延迟负重策略并合理控制C/I比值,可有效避免不适当的应力集中,从而促进骨整合,进一步提高骨量不足区域短种植体的长期临床预后。
【Abstract】 Bone deficiency is a major challenge for implant implantation. Due to the limited height of alveolar bone, bone augmentation surgery is often required to provide sufficient support, which may lead to decreased implant stability and increased surgical risk. As an alternative solution to the restoration needs of patients with insufficient bone volume, the clinical application of short implants depends on the optimal configuration of multiple key factors.To improve the treatment effect of short implants, clinicians should conduct a comprehensive assessment of the anatomical conditions of the edentulous area, especially factors such as bone density and occlusal force distribution.It is recommended to select short implants with composite surface treatment technology and internal connection restoration abutments, and use a bridge structure in the upper restoration design to disperse the occlusal stress, thereby enhancing the support capacity of the overall restoration. The delayed loading strategy and reasonable control of the C/I ratio can effectively avoid inappropriate stress concentration, thereby promoting bone integration and further improving the long-term clinical prognosis of short implants in areas with insufficient bone volume.
