面向拔尖创新人才培养的科技教育体系建设路径探索
Exploring Pathways for Building a Science and Technology Education System Oriented Toward the Cultivation of First-Class Innovators
【摘要】 在全球科技竞争加剧与国家实施创新驱动发展战略的背景下,科技教育已成为培养拔尖创新人才支撑科技自立自强的关键。本研究梳理了我国科技教育发展的演进历程,指出其在学段衔接、社会协同与教学转型等方面仍面临挑战。通过比较美国、新加坡、日本的经验,提炼出育人贯通性、制度整体性、实践深入性与产教融合等启示。在此基础上,提出面向拔尖创新人才培养的中国特色科技教育体系改进路径:遵循拔尖创新人才成长规律构建弹性支持体系;推动大中小贯通与全社会协同育人;深化以真实问题为导向的跨学科教育教学与评价改革;开展立足国情、融通中外的国际交流。研究认为,唯有通过系统化、生态化的重构,科技教育才能真正成为培育未来创新者的沃土,为国家发展提供坚实人才支撑。
【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of intensifying global technological competition and the national innovation-driven development strategy,science and technology education has become pivotal in cultivating first-class innovators to support self-reliance and strength in science and technology.This study reviews the evolutionary trajectory of science and technology education in China,highlighting ongoing challenges in areas such as educational stage transitions,social collaboration,and pedagogical transformation.By comparing experiences from the United States,Singapore,and Japan,it extracts insights on educational continuity,systemic integrity,in-depth practical engagement,and industry-education integration.Building on these findings,the study proposes pathways for improving China’s science and technology education system aimed at nurturing first-class innovators:constructing a flexible support system aligned with the growth patterns of such talents;promoting seamless transitions across primary,secondary and higher education alongside societal collaborative education;deepening teaching and assessment reforms oriented toward real-world problem-solving;and fostering international exchanges rooted in China’s national conditions while integrating global perspectives.The research concludes that only through systematic and ecological restructuring can science and technology education truly serve as fertile ground for cultivating future innovators,providing robust talent support for national development.
