深基坑工程混凝土支撑轴力伺服技术的应用与探讨
Application and Discussion of Axial Force Servo Technology for Concrete Support in Deep Excavation Engineering
【摘要】 混凝土支撑轴力伺服技术是近年来刚刚兴起的一项深基坑工程主动变形控制新技术。该技术充分发挥了混凝土支撑体系的刚度大、可靠性高与设计方便的特点,又兼具了钢支撑的轴力可预加能力,对于基坑面积较大、形状复杂且变形控制要求高的深基坑工程具有广阔的应用前景。但目前的工程实践应用仅局限于典型软土地区,该文结合无锡某深基坑工程混凝土支撑伺服技术应用实例,通过对实测数据分析,提出了在不同地质条件下,混凝土支撑伺服系统应遵循不同的应用策略,以实现深基坑支护工程安全、合理、经济的目标。
【Abstract】 Axial force servo technology for concrete support is a newly emerging active deformation control technology for deep excavation engineering in recent years. This technology fully utilizes the high stiffness, high reliability, and easy designability of concrete support systems, and also has the ability of axial force preloading of steel support. It has broad application prospects for deep excavation engineering with large foundation pit areas, complex shapes, and high deformation control requirements. However, the current engineering practice application is limited to typical soft soil areas. Combining with the application example of concrete support servo technology in a deep foundation pit project of Wuxi, and through the analysis of measured data, this paper proposes that the concrete support servo system should follow different application strategies under different geological conditions to achieve the goal of safe, reasonable, and economical deep foundation pit support engineering.
