【Abstract】 The construction of the Hangzhou Hubin Intime Commercial District has undergone continuous evolution for over twenty years, making it an exemplary case for studying incremental commercial development. Located in the city center and adjacent to the West Lake Scenic Area, the project encompasses multiple aspects, including the renovation of existing buildings and the renewal of historic districts. Throughout its development, the district has maintained a dynamic balance, presenting various possibilities for the iteration of commercial spaces in complex environments. This paper analyzes this long-term project to offer theoretical perspectives and practical references for the continuous evolution of commercial architecture in urban core areas, and further explores how concepts such as contradictory coexistence and dynamic balance are manifested in practice.更多还原
