【摘要】 为应对我国深度老龄化背景下老旧社区户外空间适老性不足的挑战，文章引入环境心理学中的“可供性”理论。研究通过文献分析、政策解读与实地考察，初步提炼出安全性、便利性、舒适性与支持性四个准则层的环境要素。在此基础上，采用德尔菲法，经过两轮专家问卷，并运用动态界值法对指标进行筛选和优化，最终确立了包含4项标准层和23项指标层的评价体系。该体系实现了可供性理论的操作化与量化，为社区户外空间适老化品质的诊断与优化提供了理论依据和方法支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 To address the inadequacy of age-friendly features in outdoor spaces of older residential communities under China’s deepening demographic aging, this study introduces the concept of "affordance" from environmental psychology. Through literature review, policy analysis, and on-site observations, the research initially identifies environmental factors organized under four criterion dimensions: safety, convenience, comfort, and supportiveness. Building on this foundation, the Delphi method is employed, and two rounds of expert consultation are conducted. The dynamic threshold method is then used to screen and refine the indicators, ultimately establishing an evaluation system comprising four criterion-level dimensions and twenty-three indicators. This system operationalizes affordance theory into a measurable assessment tool, providing a theoretical basis and methodological support for diagnosing and improving the age-friendliness of community outdoor spaces.更多还原
