基于城市多源信息大数据的城市建筑面积计算方法研究
Research on the Calculation Method of Urban Building Area Based on Multi-source Information Big Data of Cities
【摘要】 城市中的建筑是海量的,能够准确地计算一个城市的建筑面积是一项极具挑战性的工作。本文基于建立的城市多源信息大数据,通过权重系数法对城市建筑面积进行分类计算,并通过南京市实证数据对分类的准确性进行验证。结果表明,该城市建筑面积计算方法对于低建筑密度区域的识别准确度和建筑信息精度均非常高,对于高建筑密度区域识别准确度较高,建筑面积精度良好,可以为城市建筑的相关研究提供一种较为准确的城市建筑面积计算方法。
【Abstract】 The buildings in a city are massive, and accurately calculating the building area of a city is a highly challenging task. Based on the established urban multi-source information big data, this paper classifies and calculates the urban building area through the weight coefficient method, and verifies the accuracy of the classification through the empirical data of Nanjing City. The results show that the method for calculating the urban building area has very high accuracy in identifying low-density areas and building information, and high accuracy in identifying high-density areas with good building area accuracy, providing a relatively accurate method for calculating the urban building area for related research on urban buildings.
